All parents of current students are automatically members of the South Elementary School PTO. The board is a group of volunteer parents who raise money for programs that benefit every student at South.

Add PTO dates to your calendar

Subscribe once and every PTO date appears in your own calendar, updating by itself when things change.

Adds a subscribed calendar to the Calendar app that came with your device. It updates by itself when we add or change a date.

Add to iPhone Calendar
  1. Tap the button above on the iPhone or iPad you want the dates on.On a computer? Open this page on your phone instead, or use the Mac tab.
  2. Tap Subscribe when your phone asks.It will show the calendar’s address and ask whether to subscribe.
  3. Tap Add, then Done.Open the Calendar app and PTO events appear alongside your own.

To remove it later: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Subscribed Calendars (on newer iPhones, Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts), then tap South PTO and Delete Account.

Nothing happened when I tapped the button

You may be on a different device from the one the button is for. Pick your device in the tabs above, or copy the link and add it by hand using the steps.

I subscribed but I can’t see any events

The first sync can take a few minutes. Check the calendar is switched on: on iPhone, tap Calendars at the bottom of the Calendar app; on Android, turn on Sync for South PTO in Google Calendar’s settings.

How quickly do changes show up?

Apple Calendar and Outlook check for changes every few hours. Google Calendar decides its own schedule and can take up to a day.

How do I remove it?

iPhone: see the note on the iPhone tab. Google Calendar: hover over South PTO under Other calendars and click the X. Outlook: right-click South PTO and choose Remove.
